Teanaway Farm
The scenic Teanaway Farm includes 52 acres of agricultural fields and 28 acres of forested land. Defining this part of Eastern Washington, the cultivated section of the property is part of the broad, flat agricultural Teanaway River Valley and has been farmed since 1996. The irrigation system on the farm has been upgraded from ditch- delivered rill irrigation to high pressure pivot sprinklers and has reduced water usage by more than 50%. Ponderosa Pine covers the hillsides representing the 28 acres of forestland.
CLC holds a Conservation Easement on the entire property, minimizing the development which can occur on this valuable piece of farm and forestland.
