CLC has ownership interest in over 13,700 acres of diverse landscapes within King, Kittitas, Pierce, Snohomish and Mason Counties.  8,000 acres are owned in fee and visited quarterly to ensure that the conservation values are protected.  CLC holds either a conservation easement or a stewardship easement on the other 5,700 acres, monitoring those sites at least annually.
