Before Each Work Party:

Please send in your event request form at least two weeks in advance, or a month in advance if you want help advertising.

Bring to Each Work Party:

Please send in your volunteer sign-in sheets, youth waivers, and work logs no later than one week after your event. The emergency response form is for you to have on-hand.

• Emergency Response Information (blank)

• Waiver (for volunteers under 18 unaccompanied)
  
• Work Log (one of the following):

• For work parties - print and fill out by hand
  
• For work parties -  electronic form
  
• For individual work

In case you need it:

• Community Service Verification Form (for students who need credit hours)
