Ownership History:  The City of Covington and CLC partnered to create this park. CLC was given a conservation easement by the city to ensure that the property forever remains a public park.

Property Description: The 29-acre future park is over half natural area and has significant riparian areas. It also contains an active recreation area that will be developed and will become a valuable resource for Covington residents.

Conservation Values: The natural area contains mixed conifer forests, pocket wetlands and about 600 feet of the Little Soos Creek.
