Ownership History: CLC assisted Seattle Public Utilities with the acquisition of this property in 2007 and is currently managing the restoration of this key piece of habitat along the lower Cedar River.

Property Description: The property consists of two waterfront parcels on the Lower Cedar River totaling ~5 acres.

Conservation Values: The parcels are part of one of the best remaining habitat areas on the lower Cedar River.  Endangered Chinook and other salmon spawn in large numbers in this area. In addition, bald eagles, great blue heron, and great horned owls frequently roost on the large cottonwoods located on the property.
