Property Description:  The riparian habitat of the Hylebos Wetlands contains undeveloped deciduous forest.  The West Fork of Hylebos Creek runs through the center of the site and separates two upland areas.

Conservation Values: The Hylebos system is a well documented perennial stream the supports several runs of salmon.  The headwaters of the North Fork Hylebos contain critical habitat for a variety of wildlife species, and play a vital role in stabilizing flows and temperatures downstream.
