Property Description: Goldmyer Hot Springs is a 20 acre property located in one of the last remaining intact ancient forest ecosystems in the country. This property contains numerous geothermal springs and pools, as well as portions of Burntboot and Goat Creek, which are part of the Snoqualmie River watershed. The area is located in a low-elevation old growth forest and is being managed as a wilderness preserve.
Conservation Values: The upper Middle Fork Snoqualmie Valley is home to many species of plants and animals found nowhere else. Giant western red cedar and Douglas fir trees up to 10 feet in diameter and over 900 years old can be found on the property.
