Location: King County, Ballard neighborhood in the City of Seattle

Acreage: 0.25 acres

Ownership History: CLC assisted the City of Seattle and Ballard neighborhood members in securing property and constructing a park at the current site of a Seattle City Light substation.

Property Description: The small city lot will allow for the creation of a community gathering place in an area with few green spaces.  The small cottage on the property was removed to double the size of available park space.
