Property Description: The Lincoln Park Hillside consists of 27,000 square feet on a sloping hillside extending north from Lincoln Park to Lohman Beach Park.  The site includes a trail that is an extension of an undeveloped right-of-way, used by the neighborhood for easy foot access to the beach.

Conservation Values:  The conservation easement preserves the trees on the property and establishes a goal of enhancing wildlife habitat and slope stability.
