Hazel Wolf Wetlands Preserve

Hazelwolf WetlandsThe Hazel Wolf Wetlands Preserve is a pristine wetland wildlife refuge in King County. The preserve's 116 acres contain several different wetland and forest habitats. The Hazel Wolf Wetlands are key to a network of protected habitats stretching from the Issaquah Alps to Lake Sammamish

Hazelwolf Wetland BirdsThis biologically rich area was preserved in 1995 thanks to the cooperative efforts of concerned citizens, progressive corporations, county government and Cascade Land Conservancy. The area is heavily used by local residents and also used weekly as a field laboratory for local high school students.
