Cascade Land Conservancy provides support and assistance to communities as they work to meet community development, growth management and conservation goals.  Services range from community outreach and policy analysis to ordinance drafting and legislative support.

CLC has long been recognized in the region for its strong track record in helping jurisdictions broker land transactions, including fee acquisitions and purchase or transfer of development rights.  Through ongoing research as well as on the ground experience, CLC staff have developed a solid base of knowledge and expertise on land use and growth management tools including conservation easements, mitigation banking, land stewardship, site management plans and transfer of development rights.

Cascade Land Conservancy staff are available to provide technical support and transaction assistance to local jurisdictions, developers and other interested stakeholders on a fee-for-service basis.
