Ann came to CLC in the Spring of 2010 following fifteen years in private practice at the law firm of  Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson.  Ann’s practice emphasizes land use, real estate and environmental law, and she has experience with a wide range of development projects, from small rural cluster subdivisions to large master plan communities.   Ann and her family live in Ballard, and because they all  enjoy getting out of the city to go boating and camping, Ann is happy to be teaming with CLC in pursuit of its conservation goals.
