In August 2006, Casey moved into the Executive Vice President position, after serving as CLC’s Vice President for Finance and Administration since June 2005.  Casey has over 17 years of experience in government and non-profit accounting, including international accounting.  She spent 7 years as finance manager for a $40M+ fund dedicated to low income and affordable housing projects before participating in an 18 month project to implement enterprise software for an urban county with a $2B budget.  Since 2000, her focus has been assisting for-profit and nonprofits scale systems for growth, including a consulting position in Albania for two years with a construction and design firm capitalized by the Soros Foundation.
