Bryan has 34 years experience as a land use lawyer and senior public sector manager in Seattle.  He has also worked as a consultant and done private legal work.  During his youth, he produced a top rated radio talk show in his native Baltimore before his media career was ended by a hitch in the U.S. Navy.  He holds an economics degree from the Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from the University of Puget Sound.  Glynn lives in a downtown Seattle condo where he owns a parking space but not a car.
