Andrea joined CLC in July of 2006 as the Controller, but prefers the term financial facilitator.  A native of the “other” Vancouver (WA), she developed a love of the outdoors in multiple family hikes and camping trips in the now destroyed forests of Mt. St. Helens.  After graduating from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in International Affairs, Andrea enjoyed traveling extensively while pursuing a marketing career in the computer industry.  After several years, she made a career change to the world of accounting when she became the financial manager of her husband’s law firm.  From there, she then worked in public accounting, where she recently obtained her CPA certification to complement her MBA degree.  A life-long love of learning new things prompted her move to CLC where she is looking forward to assisting in the fast paced growth of this exciting and progressive non-profit organization.  Andrea enjoys traveling, reading, tennis, hiking and debating with her two teenagers.
