Before beginning her position as a Public Engagement Associate, Ainsley worked on a three month internship with The Cascade Agenda.  She graduated cum laude from Middlebury College in May, 2006 where she received a BA in Environmental Studies focusing in Conservation Biology and also in Economics. The combination of the two majors allowed her to focus on applied innovative conservation methods for Vermont rural agricultural lands and rivers corridors. Having left Seattle for education she is happy to return to her native land of great skiing, big mountains, wide rivers, and year round soccer.
